We have not been to Disneyland during the holiday season since 2003 and that was also Alex's first trip to Disneyland.

This year we are planning another holiday trip, beginning on December 15th. For some unknown reason, I simply have not been able to get into this trip until recently. Then things started happening.
Suddenly we were only 10 days away from the date I could make our priority seating reservations, and I had not even planned which meal to do at what time. Oh, the horrors!
Several of our forum members are now getting ready to go to Disneyland at the end of October for Halloween fun. Their tickets have arrived, and the final wait period has begun.
It dawned on me yesterday that while their tickets are arriving, it is getting close to time for me to make these meal reservations. That spurred me on, and now I am prepared to make that call in a few days.
The rings were done last week. Alex's excitement has grown twofold because now he knows for sure we are going to Disneyland. His excitement is infectious. I am now excited, and want December to come faster so we can go see all of the Disney magic.
We happen to be going this time during Disneyland's Winter Wonderland. Even in summer though Disneyland is a wonderland because of all the wonders and magic this happiest place on earth can provide.
I always dream of a Disney Wonderland. If I could live at Disneyland I would be very happy. Since I don't, I must dream. But doesn't the song say "A dream is a wish your heart makes"? Yes, Disneyland is in my heart. It comes right after my wonderful husband and my incredible son. Not a bad place to be, so I can't complain.
In a few short months we will again be at Disneyland. This time we will have snow, and carolers. Christmas lights, holiday rides. I can picture it all now, and finally, the excitement has hit me. I am now officially dreaming of our Disney wonderland. Now, if I could just find airline tickets we would be all set!
