Clay

Clay is the quintessential character for Playhouse Disney. This little yellow ball of fun can morph into anything he wants to be and he can do it several times in the space of just 30 seconds. Clay is the character the younger children learn to love first. He is exciting and colorful. Clay always sites on or near alphabet blocks. Clay introduces each new show. Yes, clay is your friend, and he acts like it too.

Page

Page is a friend of Clay's and she will come each day to teach your child the word of the day. The word of the day will be written on page, as well as a picture of what the word represents.

The naming of these characters was simplistic. Clay is a piece of clay, and Page is a piece of paper. This makes the names easy to remember for the small children and adults alike. The two characters encompass the very idea of imagine and learn. Disney may have some great shows in the morning for children, but these two characters win the favorite race hands down!

I enjoy the monkeys ooh and aah on playhouse disney. my son
really likes to dance and sing with them.
everytime he sees them on the tv he stops what ever he is doing
and just watchs them. thank you for putting them on playhouse
disney.
as for clay and page they were just clay and no fun. they were
so fake what i mean is come on now a ball of clay talking...

Monkeys are more realistic.

Clay and the older shows.  (Review 8 of 174)

We loved Clay and Page. My son still asks about why Clay isn't
on the Disney Channel anymore. We still love Bear in the Big
Blue house, Out of the Box Show was so entertaining and taught
the children so many fun things and manners. We do want to see
Clay again and more of the "traditional Disney characters." We
also think is is unfair to start the pre teen shows so much
earlier in the day (mid morning)???. After 11:00 a.m. we do
not turn on Disney and tune into another Channel more fitting
for their age group. There should be a Pre Teen Disney Channel
or Teen Disney specifically for those age groups. Keep Disney
Channel for our little ones and bring the beloved CLAY back.
THank you!

My daughter watched Clay and Page when she was younger (she is
now 6) and she still asks to play Clay on the computer and every
time I tell her I can't find it anymore - it's gone.

Bella wants her Clay back!! And her younger brother would like
to meet Clay as well.

Why can't they just have a link to some of the older shows and
mini shows?

I miss the old website nad i loved to play the games on it . I
loved to play with clay and make stuff out of him, and i HATE
absolutly HATE Aah and OOh.GIt rid of em. the red and blue
monkey's. Do u really want kids to want pet red and blue
monkey's? I mean come on. And i love Mickey's letter time. That
and Roly Poly Olie were what i woke up for. Arthur and Roly
Poly Olie are and always will be my favorite shows. I used to
want to marry Olie. Now the only place that i can watch Olie is
on YOUTUBE. Bring them back. Ask my first babysitter, when she
baby sat in the morning all i would want to watch was Roly Poly
Olie. I would have tantrum after it was over. You have a stupid
policy that you only make 54 or 64 of every show. My sister
loce Little Enstiens and so do some other little girls i know.
What are they goona do when that ends? Huh? They also LOVE, and
i mean LOVE Mickey Mouse CLubhouse. Now you got your self in a
lot of trouble. I have gone to disney every year since i was 1
and a half, do you know how many of my favorite rides have been
either change or taken away. that is sad. this was very hard
for me to write. I can't go on. Bring it back.
