Disneyland Scooter rental is $70.00 a day and does require a refundable deposit and a valid drivers license. You Must be 18 or over to rent an ECV. You cannot take rented ECVs between parks. You do not have to pay again but it is not guaranteed that an ECV will be available in the other park.
Wheelchair is $32.00 a day and does require a deposit (September 2009).
No Wheelchair or ECV rental is available in Downtown Disney.
It might make sense to rent an ECV from an outside company. It is cheaper and you will be able to use the ECV between parks and to your hotel.
Deckert's Surgical rents and delivers directly to your hotel for about $40 per day a scooter that plugs in at night so you don't have battery issues. You can reach them at 714-542-5607. They had a special when I needed my scooter and it was just 25.00 per day!
Anaheim Medical Supply (www.anaheimmedicalsupplies.com) rents various types of scooters and will deliver to your hotel. 877-999-0267
B & R Medical Equipment also delivers to your hotel and their number is 714-850-9326.
