Food can be found around every corner in Disneyland… but will the place you stumble upon have something for your child?

Most children will eat things such as chicken nuggets and pizza, macaroni and cheese and even fruit. Hot dogs are another typical childhood favorite. While these types of foods may not always match the adult favorites in your family most restaurants at the Disney Resort will have both child and adult selections.

At Disneyland there is Red Rockets Pizza Port in Tomorrowland. Here you will find pizza and pasta or simple salads. If your child will eat pasta then a children's meal is great. If not… the pizza slices are huge and can easily be shared to feed the toddler in your family.

The Carnation Café has a wonderful children's menu; with macaroni and cheese and a very special create your own peanut butter and jelly pizza. Here the adults will find wonderful meals with meat, chicken or vegetarian.

Hot dogs can be found at the little red carts in Disneyland and also in ToonTown where the children with bigger appetites can get a foot long hot dog at Pluto's Dog House. Also in ToonTown is Daisy's Diner where you can get pizza.

Chicken nuggets can be found at most counter service eateries including the Stage Door Café in Frontierland.

Does you child like sandwiches? If so, the Blue Ribbon Bakery on Main Street makes wonderful fresh sandwiches. Add some fruit for a healthy meal from the fruit cart across Main Street from the Bakery. This is also a great place to eat to forgo typical theme park fare.

At California Adventure there is a place for corn dogs and hot dogs in the Hollywood Backlot. Feel like a chili dog? Enjoy one of those while your child munches a corn dog.

Paradise Pier eateries will make many children light up with joy. Here you will find Strips Dips 'N Chips; specializing in chicken strips and it is appropriately located next to King Triton's Carousel.

At the opposite end of Paradise Pier you will find Pizza Oom Mow Mow where you can get a surfboard shaped pizza. Right next door is Burger Invasion… or what your child may happily recognize as McDonald's.
