Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know that the Priority Seating for Thanksgiving will open on September 29th.  The Thanksgiving buffet sells out quickly, so be sure to call that day for seating.

The number is:  714-781-DINE

Yep, just one day, and lots of Characters.  I am pretty sure Todd wrote a review for us when he went.  Am I right Todd?

I thought I did but a brief overview.... Food is served in three different areas. The first area is in the center of the room and has darn near everything. There are salads, pastas, meats (turkey, ham, roast beast,etc...), crab legs, veggies, fruit, I mean tons of stuff. As in everything Disney they have a special twist. In the main area they have a buffet line set up for just the kids. The tables are all at their level and it has all of the kid fare.

The second area is a mini version of the center area just off to one side and no kids buffet.

The third area is on the other side of the main area and has nothing but deserts. From your standard pumpkin pie to a chocolate fountain and everything in between.

The characters are set up in two areas - one at each end of the room. There were always a couple there if not three or four. We even got Daisy and Donald together. there is never a rush to get you out of there to get the next group in. Our waiter encouraged us to stay and enjoy the time.

All in all it was a great time... Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

I would love to experience the Thanksgiving buffet at DLH but hubby wont have it.  He wants to spend Thanksgiving at home.  His mom would be alone and that would suck for her.  She went to DL once with us and we wore her out so she won't go again!  Oh well!

Awww KC, that's too bad.  Maybe next year she will be up for it.  Baby steps.
