Ummm, let's see...did I mention the apple chips?  Seriously, I've never seen them anywhere else before.  Deep fried apple spears with vanilla whipped cream dipping sauce!!

Jeff went on the roller coaster rides with Rose and he had fun.  There's a driving course that the kids get to actually drive on with no tracks or anything.  It's hilarious to watch them!  The boat rides are great.  All of the miniture cities and landmarks made out of Legos are awesome!

There's a few big buildings where you can race lego cars and build stuff.  We didn't really go in those.  Too many die hard lego fanatics!  We couldn't even get up close enough to see what they were doing.  A lot of the rides are interactive.  You can shoot water at each other or you have to pedal to make them go faster.

Shawna, we'll all have to go when you come to San Diego next year!

Oh, and all of the restrooms are co-ed.  I loved that part!  I don't have to take all three into a stall in the ladies room with me.

Wow! Thanks for all the great tips. We are going in Feb - so now we are set!
I did check the schedule - and no worries - we can work our schedule to be there on a day they are open.
It sounds just perfect for the 5 yr old age group.

I appreciate everyone's input!

At that time of year, you should be able to walk right onto the rides with no lines at all.

Hope you have lots of fun!!

We're on Shawna!  Legoland always sends me special offers with discount coupons to try and get me to buy passes again.  I'll have to hold onto them the next time so we can use them.  I'll let you know if I get some.

There's a whole Midevil Land that the girls will absolutely LOVE!  Lots of princess attire!  Like I said, we haven't been there in so long, a lot of it will be new to us too.

Cool - San Diego is on the schedule for beach, zoo, and Legoland then!!!  I really have been wanting to take Morgan to the beach forever!  My girlfriend is there too and has a little boy, he'll be 2 in February, so Wil will have someone to play with as well!  I can't wait!!!

We'll have to get to planning this soon.  We've got to make our Disneyland stop and then hit San Diego, so we'll have to see how much San Diego stuff we can cram in too - lol...  You're welcome to join us at Disneyland too if you want - hint, hint, hint!

There is also a restaurant in San Diego that has Cajun food that I am dying to go back to!  It was incredible when we were there 2 years ago, I can't remember the name though!
