| | The new venture from Survivor producer Mark Burnett is Pirate Masters, which will begin on May 31st. From what I can tell, it will be similar to Survivor as far as people leaving the show and such, but it will be interesting to at least watch the premier to catch the premise. I do plan on watching the first episode. Who else plans on watching? Leanne

| Don't forget! PM Starts tonight! I watched the preview on TV Guide Channel. It looks pretty good. It's basically like survivor. They all live on a ship though. The teams change for every challenge. They all elect a Captain who then chooses his 2 officers. They decide what 3 pirates are up for council elimination and then everyone votes for one of those 3. They can all overthrow the captain if it's a unanimous vote. The rest of the pirates must "serve" the captain. Challenges are always off the ship (they are at an island where they filmed P of the Car and other movies but I don't think they stay there the whole time) Frankly, some of the pirates look like they already smell like a real pirate would!  Everyone was garbed in pirate clothes too. Should be a fun show!!!

| | Wow Mynde, thanks for letting us know about it! Starts in a few minutes, but I will not watch it until Alex goes to bed, so this is the last time I will be in this topic until I see it! | | Well I watched the show and it was okay. I just thought it was poorly done. I was expecting better from Mark Burnett. I did feel badly for the John guy since he won them the treasure and then they booted him off. And boy did the Cpt became snotty. We'll see I will DVR it for next week.
