| | Well - watched the first episode tonight and must say, those people are VERY lucky that they were given their tennis shoes! Also, the losing team got to get fire, and last season that wasn't the case, so I hope they consider themselves lucky. A few people stood out for me. They are lucky they didn't vote out Ashleigh or P.G. Both are very strong and will help in later challenges. I think the biggest reason Chicken was voted out was because he was so wishy washy and would never give a clear opinion on the shelter and that was his expertise. Interesting cast should make for a very interesting season. What do you all think? Leanne

| I was kind of bored! I agree with you on why Chicken was voted out. It's usually worse to be the wishy washy no answer man that it is to be the boss man! I don't know who I like yet.... But why, oh why, would you wear dresses and heels and no underwear when going on Survivor! It's not a surprise anymore that they might make you wear what you have on the whole time!!! Duh! I wonder if the grave digger guy will make it far or not?! He seems nice, once you MAKE him talk, but he seems mean because he's shy. But he's strong. I think the one blonde girl will go soon (she had on lots of eyeliner and was rolling her eyes at everyone and complaining that she doesn't fit in with them already) because she is flat out disrespectful to everyone. We'll see I guess!!

| | Oh, I agree with you on Blondie - don't know her name, but for goodness sakes - you are in a temple that is 100's of years old - show some respect or do what the Christian Lady did and quietly get up and leave. I too had to laugh - this is the first time they have showed the contestants with suit cases, so that may be why some were dressed as they were, but for goodness sakes - have you NEVER watched this show before???? Where something comfy and by all means, make sure you have underwear and tennis shoes. What a joke. Even Andy - who doesn't really watch the show had to laugh at the idiocy of some people. And the woman who doesn't like to be outside??? What is she thinking in her mauve dress and heels - that this is a posh vacation? I was kind of surprised she wasn't first out - but yet she had not one single vote. I also don't have a favorite yet. I do like the grave digger, but suspect his time is short. He is too strong and people will see that as a problem in the future. Leanne

| | I can't believe how ignorant Courtney (the blonde) was. I'm sure the others must see her rolling eyes and facial expressions. I don't forsee her staying long. I applaud the one lady for leaving the temple because she was religious. Even though Jeff said it wasn't that sort of ceremony, it sure looked like it to me. There usually isn't a ton that happens the first show, as they are just sorta introducing the cast to us. I can't believe how stupid people are that go to these things. Why wouldn't you take off your high heals sooner? Why even wear them at all? And no bra, well, my wife and I had different thoughts on that, lol. I actually have some high hopes for this season. Anyway, I'm running a Survivor office pool here, so GO ERIK!

| I'll have to get back to you on who will win since I can't remember anyone's name!!! You both made me laugh! I imagine you just love the no bra and panties thing K!  And why on earth would you EVER go on SURVIVOR if you hate the outdoors?????!!!!! Duh!!!

| Erik is the younger guy, dark curly hair. They really didn't show him too much. If I didn't have him in my pool, I wouldn't have remembered him either.
