| | It was a glorified High School production. They played in front of a screen that was painted to look like their clubhouse. The bus looked like a box with a bus front and that was all the scenery! A poor showing for a production that has their own show and shows at Disneyworld. They started 10 minutes late and played for 20 minutes - then took a 20 minute break - then played for another 20 minutes. The music was as good as would be expected. Moe danced 3 times. Once when he sang Let's dance", once when they got on the bus the first time and lastly when they got on the bus to go. He only did a good job the last time. The first two times looked like arthritis was bothering him and he hardly moved his body. Before the show I took some pics and a show representative told me that when the show started there were no pics of any kind. After the show started, he reminded me even though I wasn't using my camera. My 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed it, but for anyone who has ever seen any professional production such as Sesame Street Live, this was an expensive disappointment. As fas as I'm concerned, they were Doodleflops! |

| | I'm sorry to hear the show wasn't all you had expected. However, it's all about the music! The Doodlebops are a Kids Rock Band, and you did say that "the music was good, as expected." They had more props at the concert I attended. The stage become the clubhouse, and they added a big screen for graphic lighting during certain concert segments. They also brought out Audio Murphy for a bit. I agree, the bus could've been done a little better. In my opinion, The Doodlebops Live show is a Rock Concert for Kids! It's not suppose to be a stage production. That's what their TV show is for. Their live concert is to promote their MUSIC, just like any other Band! (It's all about the music.)
