|  Hi everyone! New to the site, but just as excited as everyone else here! It's going to be my first trip with my son and I don't know who's more excited. I haven't been to Disney in over 10 years and to be able to bring my son now is more exciting than ever before~I hope you can give me some tips when you all get back since you are all going before us. My son will be 5 and we are going in October.

| Welcome to the boards! What days in Oct are you going? Our tentative dates are arriving in Orlando Oct 11th (late) and checking into Fort Wilderness on the 12th and checking out on the 18th, spending the 12th - 18th at the parks. Maybe our days will cross?

| | Hi Linda and Welcome! I have been to Disney World over 15 trips, the last 7 with kids, so I can try to help answer any of your questions. Also Elaine is the other mod for this section and she has several trips under her belt also. We would be glad to help you with any trip knowledge.

| | 69 days for me!! We have a meeting at school tomorrow for have the trip. We have already decided who we are roomed with and we are trying to change the schedule and go to Busch gardens instead of MGM studios or Animal Kingdom cause the kids are more about the roller coasters. We would also like to fit Universal Studios in there somewhere, but we dont know if thats gonna happen. It's official that we are staying at the Marriot Residence Inn at Lake Buena Vista.  im too excited!
