| I just thought that you might like to be made aware of how adoring fans are treated at these events. Today, I brought my daughter, to see her friends, DeeDee, Rooney & Moe at the laceName w:st="on">IndependencelaceName> laceType w:st="on">CenterlaceType> in Missouri. We had information from the Mall and from the local newspaper that you guys would be there from 3:30-5pm and my little girl was out of her mind excited to meet you. We got to the mall at a little before 4 because of naptime, and got into line to meet the Doodlebops. Apparently the line had been cut off for time constraints right in front of my little girl, who could hardly contain herself because she was so excited. We were told we could wait in line and maybe they would have time to see her but no guarantees, which I, as an adult, understand, buy try explaining that to a 2 year old. We waited another couple of minutes until the security guard at the mall got horribly rude with us and told us that the Doodlebops were not going to see us and we could not stand in line any longer. I asked why we couldn’t because another woman told us that it was fine to try but no promises, and he continued to tell me that he didn’t care what we did in the mall and hope we had a great day but that we could not stand in line and the Doodlebops were not going to see us. At this my daughter burst into tears and was totally crushed. I talked to the security officer’s supervisor and he apologized for the rudeness of his employee, but my main concern was not that I was treated rudely it was the marketing around this event. Had the news article or the mall fliers said we had to be lined up by 3:30 we would have been there, but it was presented to us that it was available to fans until 5pm, which was totally false, and because of that I left with a broken hearted child who thinks her friends didn’t want to see her. That is really sad. I just thought that you should know how your fans are being treated. Additionally, I thought that you would like to know that I was told that not only was my child turned away, but 80 to 100 other children as well. It is one thing to disappoint an adult who can understand, it is quite another to disappoint a child. Especially when without my daughter I would have no idea what a Doodlebop even is. |

| I am sorry you had such a bad experience. And yes it is hard to explain to your child of any young age why they wasn't going to get to meet them or why they wasn't choosen to get to go on stage with the Doodlebops.

| | Wow, I am so sorry that happened to you! I am sure the Doodlebops themselves had nothing to do with that. We have met the Bops themselves and they are very gracious to their fans. You might want to concerned sending this comment directly to them, and you can go to www.doodlebops.com for information on how to do that! Leanne

| | Thanks for the tip! You are right, it was not the Doodlebops directly who did that to my daughter, it was the mall security. Regardless, my little girl was so sad. And it is a shame that the Doodlebops marketing team misrepresented what they were at the mall to do. I still have a little one who really wanted to say hi to DeeDee! |

| | I was at the same event. I read it in the newspaper that they were going to be there on that particular day. I also heard several people saying that if you belong to the mall's kidget program that they send out emails as to what is going on at the mall. I actually got there at 12:30 and there were already many people hanging around waiting. We were third in line and actually got to see them come out and walk by. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in Jonathan Wexler who plays Moe, he acted like he DID NOTwant to be there!!!!!!! When he walked out he seemed annoyed he had to do another meet and greet. DeeDee was fabulous!!!! Rooney was good too!!! But Lisa Lennox who plays DeeDee was great!!! You could tell she truly wanted to be there. Now "Moe" may have not been feeling well or something but I just felt sad because he is so many kids favorite!!! Of interesting note, the DJ from the radio station asked everyone how many people were going to the concert and literally only one person raised there hand. The ticket prices could have been much lower but unfortunately you cannot take your kids to see anything that is worth seeing without paying a high price. |

| | We did not get there that early (an hour before it was supposed to end) and we did not get tickets to the show, and at the end of the meet and greet they walked out and waved, but there was a section of little kids sitting on the railing, all who did not get to see the doodlebops, all crying and they walked right past them. I really would have thought that they would have walked by and said hi to the kids just in passing, a small gesture like that would have been the coolest thing to my daughter. I was just dissappointed and so was my little girl! |

They didn't let her meet the doodlebops. I would cry too. I'm sorry you guys had a bed experience.

| I would certainly blame the handlers and not the actors. I went up to cover the Canadian Mall Tour two years ago and the handlers were just awful to the little kids there to see them. I'm sorry Moe wasn't enthusiastic, I think the actors are burning the candles at both ends and have to be out there even if they are sick and tired. They are really fantastic to see perform live and I'd encourage you to take the kids if you can.
