So we just got back from the movie so I wanted to do up a review. Going to the movie was my wife, 5 yr old daughter Gabrielle, Gabrielle's 5 yr old friend , and myself. When I bought the tickets in advance in December it was for my daughter who loves Hanna Montana. I do enjoy watching the show but wasn't sure what to expect watching her in concert.

The 3D was great. You got a look at the concert that you wouldn't get by being there. From the guitar player throwing a guitar pick right past your face to the drummer bouncing his drum sticks so close to you that you feel like ducking, the extra 3D parts worked very well.

The concert itself was enjoyable and well done, much better than I was expecting. My wife and I both enjoyed when Miley was Miley better than when she was Hanna. The movie was well received by the theater audience. My daughters friend who just turned 5 fell asleep just before the jonas brothers came on. Gabrielle loved it but was ready to go with about 2 songs to go.

The jonas brothers were a good addition and a favorite for those attending. When the opening credits were rolling the jonas brothers name on the screen got the biggest applause followed by billy ray.

I enjoyed the movie and the backstage glimpses into rehearsals and the prep for the shows. If your kids are Hanna fans they will love this movie and you will love the affordable prices. My advice is to bu far ahead as possible. The theater we went to oversold and didn't have enough seats available. They had no idea how many had been sold so if you pre buy get there early to make sure you really have a seat. We went to the first show today and were there about 45 minutes early and had to sit up front a few rows from the screen because it was already so packed. When we left the crowd for the next show which was about an hour and a half later was enourmous.

you also get to see previews of 3 movies coming out in 3D. The first was I believe called Corina or something like that by one of the producers of nightmare before christmas and Neil Gaiman.

the second was a another 3D animated movie about 3 flies headed to the moon that looks very good.

the 3rd is the first live action digital 3D movie, Journey to the Center of the Earth starring Brendan Frasier. It looks awesome.

no one can tell me God doesn't exist, when I can look into my daughters eyes and see the glory of his creation given to me out of love.

Wow Keith, sounds great!

I have watched a few Hannah Montana episodes just to see what the hype was about.  Alex didn't enjoy them, but I thought they were cute.  And she sure has an incredible voice!

So the 3D movies you saw previews for - any of them Disney?
