| So next week Hollywood week! The previews looked good, and I like the twist they're doing with the instruments! Can't wait to see it!

| We have it DVRing right now, Jake is playing Guitar Hero (we have 2 shows recording and hate watching them with the commercials so we find something else to do while they record). Can't wait to see it!

| | Okay, I did end up watching last night. Brook White - the girl who has never seen an R rated movie, drank or smoked: Great job. And she did absolutely wonderful when playing the piano. She made it to the final cut, and I expect her to make top 24. David Archuleta - a 16 year old kid with an incredible voice. I also expect him to make the top 24. Amanda - rocker 2 toned hair girl - good thing she was not on her motorcycle (without a helmet - and she is a nurse so should no better) when she had her car accident. It must have been very painful to sing with cracked ribs! I expect her to make it to the top 24. Josiah - did great on his first song, then blew it when he dismissed the band, but I understand why he did that. I am not sure if he is going to make top 24 or not. Should be interesting to see. Carly - the Irish girl - allergic to her dog. Ouch. She sounded much better this time though, and I do expect her to make it to the top 24. Kyle - mr Geek himself - reminds me of Clay Aiken. Even got put in a girl's hotel room, go figure. I think he is the one Simon mentions that 'will never make it to the top 10' so don't think they will put him in the top 24. Hey, if Clay can change, so can Kyle. Joey - singing with a migraine - I absolutely can't imagine doing that since light, movement and noise make a migraine worse. It is no wonder he was cut. Syesha - lost her voice - what horrible luck. Good thing for second chances. I expect her to make top 24. Michael singing Bohemian Rhapsody - I thought he was going to blow it with that interesting song choice (and I love the song). He rocked. I expect him to be top 24. Asiah - the girl whose father died 2 days before she auditioned. She sounded great and I expect her to make it to the top 24. Jeffrey Lampkin and his sister - both cut and deservedly so. Okay, there you have my impressions from last nights show. What do you guys think - and who am I missing? Leanne

| Okay, we watched them back to back.....and our blankety blank DVR cut off the final decision! We don't know which girl made it!!! I'm sad that Josiah didn't make it but he's young and he has great potential to grow and make it, I hope he doesn't loose heart! I'm glad a lot of the rockers made it, I think it's about time we had a rocker idol! LOL I was just telling Jake that now that there's so much talent going into the show, even the top 5 or 6 could come away with a record deal or at least a new career!
Someone please tell me which girl made it! I want the plus size model to make it.......

| Dumb me just read your post Danette not even thinking about not having watched the show yet. Josiah didn't make it!?!?!?! That really upsets me because I just wanted him to have a chance and a warm bed. Poor kid. Okay I will not read here again till I watch. My fault so no biggie
