Well I actually liked David Cook, but I like rock. I just thought both Brooke and Jason seemed really goofy.

Bottom 3- Kristy, Syesha, & Ramiele, Hate to say it Kristy going home

I would probably put Ramiele in the bottom 3.  Her heart does not seem in it anymore after Jessica Alba left the show!!

Not sure about Amanda, because I really didn't see all of hers (you know, talk to the wife 8,000 miles away or watch American Idol).

Michael's song was ok, but he had to hack to song to get an arrangement, so much of the song is spoken word.  I think he could be in the bottom 3.

I'm afraid Chikezie could be going too.  He was all over the place.  I'm thinking he is best suited for soul, and I think he could have found sang something (maybe Lady Madonna).

I think Dave Cook is probably safe, as is Brooke and Jason.  Jason did look almost like a clown last night though, and I would say even a little disturbing with that huge grin on his face!!

Oh well, not memorable.

I'm thinking about getting some tracks for my IPOD from some past performances.  I was listening to a few today, and they actually seem like full studio versions (not the short arrangements you get on tv).  Anyone else order anything?  I would probably get Archuleta's Imagine, Jason Castro's Hallelujah, and Celebrate Me Home (Ruben Studdard's song for this years contestants going home).  I'm guessing they will make a top 12 album, but I'm not 100% sure.

Kevin, from my understanding you can download what they sang and the full version they recorded in iTunes.

I like Amanda, but that's just me. I liked Carly, Jason (not only are his dreads growning on me, his french actually wasn't that bad, better than mine and I took 3 years!), David C and David A. I still like Brooke but I think she had a bad week. Chickeze has grown on me and I actually liked the fact that he seemed like 2 different artists, to me it shows that he can do a variety of genres. Ramilee, I like her but she's struggling. Aussie dude, he can go home, boring! And I'm afraid that Kristy is the one going home. She did way better than last week but, still, she needs a lot of work. Syesha, I reallly wish Brooke (like Simon said) sang Yesterday, or Jason. Either one of those two with their guitar would have been awesome. Syesha, still boring me but did very well with the song. I just feel someone else could have sang it better.

Yep, I agree that Jason or Brooke would have been much better with Yesterday.  I wonder what order they get to pick the songs in?

For example, what if 2 or more people want to do the same song?  Who gets it?

And I fear for Kristy tonight as well.  We all know she is a better singer, and I really wish she could buy her horse back, but two weeks in a row, not that great.

I cannot really comment too much because I didn't listen to Amanda's perfomance on Tuesday.  However, I thought Carly did a nice version on blackbird, and to have her in the final 3 was shocking.

Chekezie made it, so that made me happy, but I was worried.  Unfortunately the first 10 minutes or so the volume was out on FOX-53 in Pittsburgh, so I couldn't hear what is next week, nor the group singing at the beginning.  What's on tap?

Well I watched it but only half way. We was playing Uno with the kids so I only half watched it. I was shocked with Carly being in the bottom three. Although I was shocked Amanda went she wasn't even in the bottome 3 last week.

They did not say what is on tap for next week.  The top 11 sang a medley of Beatles songs and some of it actually sounded real good.  They finished with, of course, The End (And in).

Bottom 3:

Carly, Kristy, Amanda

I was also very shocked to see Carly in the bottom 3!  What a shock that must have been for her.

Seeing Kristy in the bottom 3 was no surprise since she has been in it almost every week.  She needs a good week or she will be gone this week.

I expected Ramiele, but instead Amanda was the third into the bottom 3.

I don't know when I have been so happy.

But I figured Kristy was a goner.

Finally, the screamer, the one who never sang a word you could understand, the nurse who doesn't wear a motorcycle helmet.  Buh Bye.  Gid riddance.

Sorry to those of you that do like her.  I couldn't stand her from day 1.

The conspiracy theorist in me always wonders if the bottom three are really the ones who got the three lowest votes. Maybe they wanted to shake up Carly's fans because she's only in the middle of the pack.

I'm so happy Amanda is gone.

And is it just me, or are you all tired with the judge's continual reference to how good this year's group is. It's almost like they feel the need to justify last year's brutal pick......dunno, maybe they do.....

While there does seem to be better quality singers this year, I have to say, their personalities are not shining as bright.

What I am sick of this year is how Paula is always afraid to say something negative. It's like she covers up her negative with a response with how fabulous they look instead. Or she redirects the comment to being about their sense of fashion. I just wish for once that she would say, " That was horrible"

But then again she would sound like Simon and they have to have a nice judge.

I am so curious what the theme will be next week. Has anyone heard any scoop?
