| Well, ya'll know I liked Amanda but I wasn't surprised she went home. She's really only going to reach a certain group and unfortunately they're not big enough to pull her through. Although, I did think Kristy was a goner. I'm ready for her to be gone already! She's had so many chances and she's just not improving all that much.
Rob, I remember you saying last year about your theory of the bottom 3, and I'm becoming a believer. I think they do that not only to shake up someone they think is good but to shake up everyone else because if that good person is in the bottom 3, then any one of them could go. Does that make sense?
As for the judges, the only one not working my nerves is Simon. Randy is alright about half the time. Paula, I swear she's on drugs or something. She has been acting weird this whole season. And I'm honestly tired of hearing about her comeback. Just my 2 cents!

| | Yeah - I am tired about hearing about Paula's comeback too. But I did see the video for her song before the superbowl. It is actually pretty good. And amazing, considering her age. I forgot to comment on Rob's theory on the bottom three. I think he may be right. But Andy's thoughts on the subject are this: It is all rigged. They have a winner picked out and our votes don't count. Leanne

| LOL I agree with Andy, which is why we don't waste the money on texts to vote. They know the genre and the look they're trying to push, just like when Chris Daughtry was voted off, everyone I knew, including myself, voted for him, more than once I might add. And I'm talking everyone I knew in the navy, back home, and my online friends.

| | Maybe it is rigged and all just a ploy to sell records (wait, do they sell records anymore, now that I think about it, it's been maybe 3 years since I've been in a record store, I seem to buy my music online!) |

| If it is rigged why didn't Daughtry win? He has became very successful. His songs are even played on Radio Disney

| Because Daughtry wasn't who they wanted to win that year, it wasn't the style they were wanting to push that year. I don't know, I just honestly thing the whole thing is rigged. I'll still watch though!

| I can't even remember who Daughtry was up against was it Carrie Underwood and Bo Bice? Or was Daughtry last year. See I am all confused.

| | Kelly and Carrie were successful winners. Ruben, Taylor and Fantasia seems like they have struggled. Verdict is still out on Jordin. Daughtry has had a lot of success, as I believe Clay Aiken has also. So I don't think it really matters too much if you win our lose. Obviously building up some fan base by being there longer helps, but when it really comes down to it, you could still be remembered for losing. I think it's just a fun competition, and a way for people to pick their favorite, and listen to them progress. What's a little strange is how many of these people had other opportunities (like Carly and Kristy had record contracts). David A won star search. Syesha was on an American Idol clone on ABC. Even my favorite Chekezie was in the round of 44 last season on IDOL. I think they make you believe they are finding this raw talent and they will emerge on stage as a wonderful singer, but it seems like these people have been knocking on fame's door before. I think I'm to a point where I just enjoy the reality aspect of the show. You get involved and pick a favorite, and hope they do well. Whether or not I would rush out and buy an album they release is a different story. |

| Daughtry lost out to Katherine McPhee or whatever her name is, and Taylor Hicks.
