We watched DEP across the street from our Pixar Play Parade seats & sat on the cement bench around the landscape. Great place to sit so you're not on the ground for long periods of time, but it put us on the backside of the parade (even though there isn't a "backside" there was) The characters tended to wave more to the people on the other side. We also didn't get to see Pete's Dragon disappear from that spot. So don't watch from there.....your spots were much better in 2005.
