I just wanted to let you know that I have heard of a couple changes to restaurants for 2009.

First off the Garden Grill restaurant in Epcot will no longer be serving lunch but dinner will still be serve.

The second change is that the Liberty Tree Tavern will no longer be offering character meals as of Jan 4th 2009.  This one is a real shame. If you have a chance to dine there before Jan 5th I strongly recommend it.

From what I understand it will still be open but the character dining will be eliminated

I have also read that in late 2008 or early 2009 a new themed eatery will open in Downtown (I believe). It is going to be called T-Rex: A Family Adventure. This will be a 25,ooo sq ft, 600 seat, two storied dinig room. That all the info I have though.....

Also, in Epcot a tequila bar is to replace one of the shops inside the Mexico Pavilion. Seat about 50 people.

Dead men tell no tales.......

We saw the T-Rex building (well, it was surrounded by fence so we couldn't REALLY see it)...it's huge!!!  I wish it had been open when we were there...we'll for sure stop next time....we have a little paleontologist in the family.

I am hoping it's open when we go in early Sept. I think it would be neat to go and see. Something for a different change in Rainforest although we have a first timer going and it is going to be neat to see it through a child's first view again
