Ohhhh Dumbo! I love Dumbo! It always made me cry when I was a kid and still does now (I'll be 30 in a few months) but I still love it. I actually made me mad when I was a kid too, I totally didn't think it was fair they locked up his mom just for protecting him.

Okay, another movie, Peter Pan. Not that I really care a lot about it (I mean I like it and all) but it is Jake's absolute favorites so every time I see anything that has to do with it, I think of him and I smile! (Awwww, doesn't that make you sick?) Unless of course I'm mad at him, then it only makes me roll my eyes. LOL

I too loved your reply Elaine!! I wish I could come up with things like Yyyoouu (did you sing that King L style?).

Thanks Mynde! LOL about the Yyyooouu!

Crying during Dumbo reminded me of something rather funny. Bambi came out when I was 12 (in junior high, when image was everything and you just had to be cool). Mom and I wanted to see it but knew we'd be balling our eyes out. So mom (bless her) drove us 45 miles away to see the movie.

For those of you Colorado folks, we drove to Cheyenne from Fort Collins.

wow what a mom!!

I saw Fox and the Hound at the drive in.  It's the only movie I really remember seeing when i was little!  We went to the drive in all the time so it's not like that was a special treat or anything....don't know why that one really stuck with me.

We like to think we are the incredibles!   Except that I'm fat too instead of stick skinny!  But we all have traits like them.....DH is pretty strong (ok, not as strong as Mr. Incredible but still), I have the ability to stretch myself so thin and get everything done and please everyone...and grab the kids and separate them over/under/around the table) (), DD is JUST like Violet (down to the dark hair in her face and acting invisible) and DS is totally Dash...speedy and mischievous...and blonde!    All we're missing is Jack Jack but that's not happening!
