| | Day 4: Disney Hollywood Studios Monday, September 8th We woke up and was getting around early. We made it into Disney’s Hollywood Studios around 9:20am. We decided to catch out the first Playhouse Disney show at 9:40. We was one of the first families in line for the show. The guys meet up with us after than ran for fast passes for Toy Story Mania. However, I told them if they wanted to see if Trey was tall enough for Rock N Roller Coaster they could. So, they took off for the ride as we went into the seating area for Playhouse Disney. We was in the first row center, yea. After the show we meet up with the guys and Trey had been able to ride his first inverted coaster. He was so thrilled. Next we went in to see Sorcerer Mickey and we had no wait. It was so neat.
Then some love was passed onto Wall*E.
We then went to the pin trading area under the big Sorcerer hat. We was looking around for a Barbasos pin for Trey. But we was unable to find one. The lady there was so kind, she gave each of the girl’s the special cast member Tinkerbell pins to each of the girls and since she didn’t have a boy pin to give away she let Trey have a pin on her lanyard. He choose a Donald Duck pin that had the castle behind him. After are mini dream we head to The Great Movie Ride. We round the corner to the main preshow room and who do we spy……yep the Dream Team leaving. Everyone about twenty people in front of us got Dream Ears. It was sad that we didn’t get any but we got them back in March so it’s okay. After TGMR we had time to use our fast passes for Toy Story Mania, I was so excited. Off we went on the adventure of the new ride. All I can say, is oh my gosh, it is so awesome. We all loved it and went and grabbed fast passes again for later. But now it was time for our lunch at Hollywood and Vine with the Playhouse Disney pals.
We was seated within 5 minutes and during the meal we was visited by Jojo, Goliath, Leo, & June. During the meal there was times were the children could get up and dance with the characters and cast member leading the show. Some of the dances were from the Disney shows like the Bear Cha-Cha-Cha. Lunch however, was not that great. I honestly don’t remember what I ate and I didn’t take pictures because I didn’t want the in-laws thinking I was crazy. However, if they are reading this then they already think I am. I do remember getting bbq meatballs from the children’s buffet and they were so good. Lunch on the free dining plan was $97.06. Even though it was free, I don't think we will be returning. After lunch we decided that Deb & I would go to DTD and the guys and the kids was going swimming at our pool. We decided to meet back up later that afternoon at DHS. At Downtown Disney , I purchased some much need postcards, went to Basin for soaps for the kids, and World of Disney for mugs for my mom and some earrings and clips for Kyan for Christmas. The guys and kids made it back for the last viewing of Lights, Motor, Action.
We met them at entrance of it to regroup. After we regroup we went on Toy Story Mania again and it was so much fun again. You have to ride it if you are going anytime soon. Then the kids were hungry so we went over to find some French fries over by Tower of Terror. After waiting forever for McDonalds fries and watching a squirrel sneak fries we left Troy and Deb with the kids while Scot, Trey & I did Rock N Roller Coaster. This time when we get up to the front of the line Trey decided he has to go to the bathroom, sorry son you have to wait. The whole time the ride was going I thought, “Please don’t pee in your pants, please don’t have an accident” luckily we made it off the ride dry. We then notice they are letting you in for seating for Fantasmic so we head on in with an hour and half wait but it was nice to just sit and rest for awhile. The kids then had popsicles that was melting as fast as they could be eaten. All the snacks purchased was used towards our snack credits. Fantasmic was as great as ever but the steam boat at the end with all the characters on it was not shown. We was a little disappointed as that was my favorite part of the show. As soon as we was exiting Fantasmic it brought a sudden down pouring rain shower which lasted for a total of 5 minutes. It was enough of a rain to have us get all wet and make the stroller wet and the ground miserable to walk on. However now it was EMH for DHS so went to the Playhouse Disney Dance Party and the kid’s just loved it. It did fill up quickly and become quick crowded. Not only was the place crawling with children but there was a lot of teenagers and couples in there trying to spend time with the characters. After dancing and getting our balloon figures we went to the last showing of the Little Mermaid. The guys went to check on the wait for Toy Story Mania but it said 345 minutes, which I found odd and there was no fast passes available.

After Little Mermaid we decided to call it a night and head out to our bus stop to have to wait an additional thirty minutes till getting on a bus to head back home. We got to the food court at 11:35 and it took an additional 10 minutes to go through the line to get Troy and myself some supper to take back to the room. The cost for the supper was $34.81 and Troy had pizza and I had chicken penne alfredo. Trey woke up and want pizza so we grabbed an extra kid’s meal pizza. Total Free Dining for the Day: $143.87 Total Free Dining for the Trip: $393.29 Out of Pocket Expense for the Trip: $9.56 Up Next....Diving Surprise & MNSSHP

| That's awesome that Trey got to ride Rockin' Rollercoaster! So Toy Story was good? I sooo can't wait to ride that! I've been hearing that the fast passes go fast for that attraction, like shortly after noon they're out.

| That sounds like a great day (besides the rain!)!!! I love Rockin Roller Coaster (except for the 10 minute Aerosmith show at the beginning....just let me in! I know it's still a portion of "line" but still...it makes me too anxious). Did he absolutely love it (even having to pee bad?)!!! Did you get them on Tower of Terror??

| | Wow - Walle-E - hopefully we will be able to see him at Disneyland. Alex would be in heaven. Did none of you read my info on Toy Story Mania, or you all just think I am nuts????? I had to ask since we absolutely loved the ride too. Alex is one inch from the coveted 48 inch mark with his sandals on. His tennis shoes will get him closer so hopefully he will go through a growth spurt this month. He wants to ride Screamin' with us! Leanne

| | Wall*E was in the Animation Building. He was actually a cut-out. But Kyan loved him still And Leanne, I read your article, that was why I was so excited to ride it.
