We started the morning off to waiting for some more buses to take us to the Magic Kingdom so we could hop the monorail to the Polynesian for breakfast at Ohana’s. I was very nervous that we was going to lose our reservation as they only hold them for twenty minutes past the reservation time. They reassured us that we was fine and I stood in line to check-in. We got our picture taken in front of the Ohana sign and I swear this is the only photo pass picture we every purchase. It must be because we are all fresh looking in the morning. Breakfast was lovely as usual and could you believe our luck we had the same server that we had on Easter morning, Crystal. During breakfast we was visited by Lilo, Stitch, Mickey & Pluto. The kids got to participate in the parade around the restaurant and we had a lovely view out our window to gaze on. The meal came to $63.86

After finishing up breakfast we hopped the monorail to the Ticket & Transportation Center to switch over to Epcot. Both kids were begging to sit up front and I tried talking them out of it since we have done it before but Trey went up and asked the driver. They were full so we sat in the tram behind them. Once we pulled into the Grand Floridian the lady sitting with us told us her family was up there and would be getting off. So once stopped the kids bound to the front and we was permitted to sit in the front. Troy stayed one back since we had the stroller. Another family joined us up front and we had 7 people riding together in the front normally they only allow 4. When we stop at the MK the other family gets off and the driver, Mike looks at Trey and asks him if he would like to drive. I thought Trey would refuse but no, he climbed right up. I was stunned. I thought there is no way he will sit in the chair and operate the levers. Mike had Trey driving the monorail all by himself and that is when my nerves hit me hard. I had all sorts of panic thoughts about the car dropping off the side, or Trey breaking it, or wrecking. So, I could resist and I looked at Mike and asked, “ This is fool proof, right?” I was just so amazed. When we pulled into the Contemporary, Trey had some help from Mike to park and then it was Kyan’s turn. I didn’t think she would but she proved me wrong. This was definitely an amazing experience for the children and I was so glad I took the camera with me. I just fill bad that Troy didn’t get to see what was going on. He didn’t believe us till I showed him the pictures at Epcot. When we arrived at the T& T center we hoped off and thanked Mike and had the kid’s get their pictures with him. It was then that it hit me and I realized he wasn’t dressed like the normal drivers so he must have been a higher up checking things out that day.

When we arrive at Epcot we had to let the kids call grandma and share the exciting news. Trey was bubbling over and was telling everyone about how he drove the monorail. We finally got them over to Test Track and it was a walk on. When exiting Test Track we stopped to look at the cars and Kyan wasn’t with us. She had taken off. I was on pins and needles, I thought for sure we had lost her. I ran all around the cars and was about to approach a CM but something told me to check the shop. I went into the store and she was sitting at the kid cot table coloring. That was when we had to take Kyan and have a big talk with her. It was then we met up with the in-laws.
Once our group was formed we went to Mission Space. Green side for the newbees and since Trey was riding with them. After Mission Space we done Test Track again. Then we went to ride Nemo and we looked at the tanks. The in-laws had lunch at Coral Reef today so they departed here. We was in the front of the line to see Turtle Talk when both of the kids decided they wanted to do something else and not wait for Crush. It broke my heart but I was glad because we had a 20 minute wait. We decided to go do Soarin instead. When we was walking off Soarin’ and going back up the stairs we ran into Joel from AK. We was shocked to see him there. So, yes employees do visit the parks on their days off.

Once out of the Land pavilion we meet back up with the in-laws and go to Spaceship Earth which was a walk-on. I love all the new effects and changes they have made to this ride. But it still must be boring to kids because Kyan fell asleep. We let her sleep for a little while but the rest of us headed to Club Cool. Yep, I did it again to my in-laws but I forgot to take pictures because I do believe I video taped their reactions instead. After Club Cool we started our journey through all the countries. We started in Canada because I wanted to try and see Miyuki in Japan. We woke Kyan up when we got to the France because Aurora was there and she wanted to meet her. However as we are standing in line it starts to sprinkle and they had Kyan be her last visitor outside and took Emma by the hand and lead her in side her room for signing. We had to put on our poncho because a storm was a brewing. I believe we may have got some of Ike here. It rained on and on but we made it to Japan and the children were able to see Miyuki make a few candy suckers. If you have never seen her work I recommend you take the time and check her out it is amazing. My only complaint was she was asking grown women to pick an animal and she would make it for them as opposed to all the children standing around there. That is ridiculous. When she finished she handed out 3 creations she had previously made and the last one was a penguin and she looked at us and we had 3 pleading kids there. She gave it to Kyan and that resulted in a big WAR with all the kids. I told them we would all share the sucker but that made Kyan mad and then we Kyan was carrying it, it made Emma and Trey mad. So, I said well Kyan will carry it for a little bit and then we will pass it to the next person. No, no one was happy. So, what was to happen to this pretty penguin. Yep, I smashed it when we got to a table in America. I wanted it gone so the fighting would stop. We decided to get something light here in the America pavilion so we settled for getting the kid’s chicken strip meals and we shared an adult meal also. Total was around $23, Troy forgot to write it on the recipe. We was going to wait till we got to Mexico and eat something else there.

So after eating we continued our journey to Germany, China, and Norway. We rode Maelstrom and I went in to look for the shoes Troy had wanted but they were sold out. Troy really loves the Norway shop since it has products from the Norwegian, Cpt Sig’s boat from Deadliest Catch. I don’t remember if I mentioned it but when we was there Tuesday I purchased him a shirt and hat. Trey was so funny because he was my decoy and was working hard to hide it from his dad. After Norway we went into Mexico and it was looking grim to getting out of Epcot to watch Camp Rock out by the pool. I believe it was 8:30 when we finished visiting with Donald on the Gran Fiesta Tour. Then we decided to forgo our Mexican and Illuminations to try to beat the crowds back to the hotel.

Although, Kyan remembered about something that was promised to her earlier that morning. She wanted a little PDA that had Tink on it for $10 and her dad told her if she didn’t find anything else she could have this. So, we had to go in and get the silly thing. When we got out to the buses we actually walked on to a bus, it was amazing.
When we get back to the resort we grabbed some counter service, I think it was here that Troy went to the front desk and question how many adult and children’s counter service we had left. And she told him that all the counter service is put in together and it didn’t matter if you ordered all adult meals or children’s meals. I was stunned, all these years and I thought we had to get the kids the required kid’s meal. Boy, this would have been valuable information to know earlier in the trip when the kid’s wanted pizza and I got stuck with their spaghetti. Oh, well valuable information for next time. We got some counter service and watched Camp Rock inside the food court. The kid’s loved this place. And I have to admit the movies are nice but it is hard to get back to watch one before it starts at 9pm. We spent 2 snack credits on ice cream, got one bacon double cheeseburger to spilt, a side of chili cheese fries as a snack, and then Troy went back later for a huge sundae as a snack. This all totaled to $28.50
