Grizzly River Run Description

Grizzly River Run is a river rafting attraction.  It is highly possible that you will get wet on this attraction – in fact, staying dry is a complete rarity.  As the attraction begins you climb a very large hill, heading toward the top of GrizzlyPeak.  Once you arrive here, your white water rafting journey really begins.  As you fly through the water be sure to look at the nearby scenery which is done with Disney’s standard attention to detail.  As you meander through the river scenes you will spin on occasion, and be splashed at times.  Enjoy the sound of the large Grizzly bear as you enter the tunnel at the top of the peak.  Your ride will end shortly after you go spinning down another large hill which is sure to leave you wet. Because of the soaking possibilities you will find free lockers to the left of the queue entrance where you can store items that simply can’t get wet.

Because this attraction has Fastpass, wait times are posted.  Keep in mind that the warmer the day, the longer you will find the lines at this attraction.

The queue for this attraction is entirely outdoors, and for the most part it is very well shaded from the sun.  The queue is well themed for a river rafting trip, with many views of the attraction itself.

For those using the single rider option, you must obtain a single rider pass from the person working the Fastpass machines.  You then proceed through the exit.
