It never fails. Each trip to Disneyland I see at least one person with a lit cigarette walking or standing in line.
Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure are non-smoking parks. This was done so people don’t have to breathe in second hand smoke.
Disneyland itself has 3 smoking areas. All are large, and located away from main traffic areas, yet each is easy to get to quickly when the need arises.
Disneyland
Smoking Areas:
Tomorrowland: There is a smoking just past the entry to Autopia, and on the way to the Tomorrowland Train Station. This smoking area is directly in the way of traffic to and from the train station. This is the one shaded smoking area in Disneyland.
New Orleans Square
: The smoking area is up against the Rivers of America in a large space. With your back to the Rivers of America you will be facing HauntedMansion.
Big Thunder Trail: There is a smoking area on the Big Thunder Trail between Fantasyland and Frontierland. This area is up against the rocks of Big Thunder and does have a few benches to relax on for a few minutes.
